Mother's Day Gift Ideas - First Installment

We discovered these vintage post cards of Churchill Downs and Ashland, the Henry Clay Estate and thought they would make a special gift for Kentuckians looking for something unique.  These wonderful custom découpage trays were designed in conjunction with Ben Busko, 26, New York's preeminent découpage artist and founder of Ben’s Garden.

The Derby scene measures 4.5" x 6.5" and retails for $68.  The Ashland scene measures 4.5" x 9" and retails for $74.  Each tray is signed by the artist and is a limited edition of six per style.

It's our favorite time of the year in Kentucky:  The Spring Meet at Keeneland followed by the Run for the Roses.  Why not bring yourself a little bit of luck at the track by wearing Mija's delicate Horseshoe Necklace?

A Touch of Pink

We were inspired by this photograph found on one of our favorite design blogs The Adventures of Tartanscot.

We started thinking about how fun it would be to add a touch of pink to a room this Spring and looked in our Design Library for inspiration from our lines.
